- Walk session data: steps, duration, dates.
- Device motion (accelerometer) — only during active walk sessions.
- Location (approximate, optional) — for local weather only, not stored.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide walk tracking, training content, gallery.
- To personalise your experience.
- To display community content.
- To send push notifications you have opted into.
- To improve the Application.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your account data and community content are stored securely on the Base44 platform servers. Health tracker data and lesson progress are stored locally on your device. We implement industry-standard security measures.
4. Third-Party Services
- Open-Meteo API — weather data. No personal data transmitted.
- Base44 Platform — backend infrastructure for auth and data storage.
- Stripe — secure payment processing for subscriptions. See stripe.com/privacy for their privacy policy. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- RevenueCat — in-app subscription management. See revenuecat.com/privacy for their privacy policy.
5. Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Application's services. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
8. Permissions We Request
- Motion / Physical Activity — step counting during walks only.
- Location (optional) — local weather. You can search manually instead.
- Push Notifications (optional) — walk reminders.
- Camera / Photos (optional) — gallery uploads and AI Smart Care Assistant image analysis.
- In-App Purchases — App Store receipt access for subscription validation via RevenueCat.

The Application includes an AI Smart Care Assistant feature located in the Health Tracker section.

- When you use the AI assistant, text you type and images you upload are sent to AI processing systems to generate responses.
- Submitted content is not stored permanently and is used solely to provide the AI response.
- We do not use your AI assistant conversations to train AI models.
This Privacy Policy works together with our End User License Agreement to govern your use of Poodle Pulse.
